klipp, a division of gkkworks, prepared a site feasibility analysis, programming, master plan, and schematic design for a new campus on 30 buildable acres. The plan includes approximately 127,000 SF of academic buildings for pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade, housed in seven separate buildings, with 33 units of staff and faculty housing. Buildings are situated to create expansion and contraction of exterior spaces. Quads, plazas and entry courts provide transitioning from the outdoors to the building entrance thresholds. The architecture expresses traditional values with a playful twist resulting in an essence of "Ranch and Modern" that might be termed "New Agrarian Architecture."
