klipp, a division of gkkworks, developed the student housing micro-master plan for the Gillette campus, as well as the architectural design of four student residence buildings. The architecture of the buildings have a residential feel with individual entrances, brick exteriors and slopped roofs but with added durability to withstand heavy campus use. The buildings flank a circular green that is designated as common space and a terrace area for social gatherings.
