gkkworks provided a complete remodel including pre-construction and construction services for this approximately 63,300 SF dormitory. Originally built in the 1920's the interior renovation of the 3-story structure with basement included complete demolition, renovation of 50 toilet, shower rooms, new kitchenettes, new ADA telephone and data infrastructure, new fire alarm system, HVAC equipment and exhaust fans, installation of a new SFD's at all ducts requiring fire separation, new DDC controls, new domestic hot water boilers and associated pumps and equipment.
