Architectural programming and design services were provided for this AIA award winning 26,400 SF Student Services and Administration Building. The client wanted the new building to symbolize its commitment to its close relationships between students, faculty and administration. The design concept for this award-winning building, strives to create a comfortable environment for first time students. Use of a transparent façade facing the campus, conveys an open, friendly atmosphere and easy accessibility of faculty, staff and support services. The building houses numerous functions, including registration, financial aid, counseling, administration, student assessment, and offices for the president, vice president and dean of education.
