Sybase, the tenant for One and Two Greenwood Plaza, develops software products and services for information management systems. Due to the high-tech nature of their business, the 200,000 SF building required a fiber optic backbone and raised flooring throughout. Built in two phases, a three-story glass-wall sky-lit atrium connects the first phase three-story building to the second phase six-story building. A flexible office layout was configured using significant open office space on the perimeter and fixed office spaces at the interior of the building. An adjacent parking structure accommodates 915 cars. gkkworks, provided architectural services for this project.
