This 16,000 SF mixed-use building was purchased by MacDermid Corporation to serve as a western corporate headquarters for the 100-year-old company. Design services include a complete renovation of all office areas, completed with a comprehensive exterior envelope renovation, including roof, mechanical, glazing and masonry. Centrally located, this property abuts Cherry Creek in the southern end of the Lower Downtown District. klipp, a division of gkkworks, provided architectural services for this project.
