With a background in design and construction, Phillip is able to offer clients a seamless, integrated approach to projects from beginning to end. He has over 17 years of experience in capital program development, design and construction and is well-versed in whole building and LEED commissioning, codes and procurement procedures in capital projects, and the DSA process.

Phillip’s extensive knowledge of design and construction has helped to successfully deliver projects for higher education, commercial and industrial clients, including $500 million in community college facilities. 

As someone who has always enjoyed the process of creating and building things, Phillip finds great fulfillment in being able to see a project through from conceptual design to occupancy and the relationships that he develops along the way. Phillip is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council Member (USGBC) and the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
